Where to eat food from around the world on the French Riviera

TJBy the Timenjoy newsroom · Updated October 2026

Four kitchens, four countries, and no two rooms alike. Madame Hien's Vietnam runs on four generations of the same family, GOZ fills and cooks its gozleme the same morning, Mido brings Japan and South America together at the end of a Cannes alley, and Numad changes its menu as the day goes on.

Three are in Nice, one of them in the Liberation quarter, and the fourth is in Cannes.

Frequently asked questions

Where can you eat Vietnamese food in Nice?
At Madame Hien, where four generations of know-how meet in one kitchen: pho, bun cha, lemongrass, coriander and ginger.
What is gozleme?
A Turkish speciality: thin dough, filled and griddled to order. At GOZ, on rue Pierre Devoluy in Nice, it is made fresh each morning with feta, spinach, marinated meats or roasted vegetables.
What is nikkei cooking?
Japan meeting South America. Mido, in Cannes, serves it as tempura, sushi, crudos and robata grills.
